Why should you become a mentee?

As a mentee at ApplicAid you will be matched with a mentor based on our machine learning algorithm who will accompany you for 4 weeks. During this time you will have at least 30 minutes of weekly meetings to discuss various aspects of your application. He is your contact person for all possible questions and the person who will give you helpful tips for a successful application.

Our Advice: Since the mentoring will only take place for one month, you should think carefully about when it is most useful for you to register!

You will not only get a mentor, but after your application you will also be accepted into the exclusive Applicator Network. A network of scholarship holders and alumni from all funding programmes around the world with whom you can network and exchange ideas!

In addition, you will regularly receive the latest and most exciting funding opportunities by e-mail, which our editorial staff will put together for you.

Our mentors are Scholars and Alumni of various scholarships from around the world, with a diverse ethincal and academic background.
Since we are a social project that wants to promote the potential of less privileged people, unfortunately not everyone is allowed to register as a mentee. So far we have 4 main groups:
- Refugees
- People with a migration background
- People from a low socio-economic background
- Persons with parents without an academic degree or First Generation Students
